I often feel fears like with attending an event when I don't know anyone or speaking to a new group.
Feeling fear can be paralyzing because we've been trained to think of it as a negative. It can also inhibit our performance and sadly our result.
But that doesn't need to be the case.
A certain type of fear is really good for us. In this video I outline the 2 types of fear and the new perspective you can hold about being afraid to do something.
