How to Get to the Next Level

2016 can bring lots of great growth and success to your business.  You might even be on course to get to the next level – you know that profit cap you have been trying to break through or the next stage in your business development?
 
Wouldn’t that be great! 

You don’t do business just for the fun of it: you have some intentions, a why and a deeper desire.
 
The biggest KEY to fulfilling that desire and getting to the next level is CLARITY!
 
What does Clarity give us?
Lots of things! We will have the bigger picture to make the right plan.  We will have confidence to move forward and then be able to be decisive on the actions it will take to get there.

You need clarity on three areas:
  • What that deeper desire is
  • What the next level is
  • and what the best way is for YOU to get there. 
(Not how your competitors did it, how you read about doing it or how you think it should be done.  It needs to be a specific plan for YOU!)

Clarity comes from having the right questions asked to you.
Powerful questions.     Coaching questions.

Questions that evoke the deepest answers
and the strongest feelings.

Why do we need outside help to get clarity?
1.   
We could limit ourselves:  We’re in our own minds so much.  Ideas circulate and get washed with our limiting beliefs, past experiences and future fears. We could feel something is unachievable and close the door on it.
2.   To see the bigger picture: You also need an outside source because it’s hard to see the picture, when you’re in the frame. We see the day-to-day and miss what the BIG picture looks like which is key to making the greater growth.

3.    To go beyond what’s on the surface: Sometimes it takes multiple questions to get the right answer.  The first answer is often the top of mind one and with more questions that dig deeper the subconscious level is tapped into.
4.    
To bring in more than the business: Clarity on what we want in life, not just in business is important to major decisions on location, work hours, vacation time and even when we are planning major life changes like adding in children. The outside help can ask about all areas of life where we might just want to focus on our business. 
 
​This is how I start each of my coaching relationships and what I do at the beginning of every year. So this month focus on making sure the Clarity is there. I do have a few spots available for new clients if you think we could be a fit send me an email.
