As the year starts to wind down a lot of us keep ramped up. There's still lots of work to be done and goals to be met. Does this bring you stress? The idea of having to get everything done? One thing I like to do is get away! Right now I'm in Whistler, BC Canada getting some me time relaxing and some Big Vision Planning done. As I'm working on things I am using a couple of my favourite tools. I decided to share them with you, so you can also save time & money! TWO Tools to Save Time and Money! 1. Keep All Your Business Friends with Fiitfu With all the networking we do and with being a small business owner, it's so easy to feel like it's a losing battle to keep track of everyone we meet. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software can be expensive when you're starting out, but Fiitfu.com provides a cost effective option. Using the templates, funnels and their forms can save you not only time, but money. They also offer phone support and tutorials to learn what it can provide. I really like what they say on their site so I'm including it below: "FIITFU ENSURES THAT NO CLIENTS FALL THROUGH THE CRACKS AGAIN. Follow-up sounds simple, but to perform it consistently is a challenge. That is why we created Fiitfu. We know the growth of your business will be amplified if you and your business partners practice consistent follow-up. Whether you are new to your business, or a seasoned veteran, we will give you the gentle nudge you need to be successful." You can get a 30day trial or below you'll see their Black Friday Deal. Just use the promo code "BlackFriday2015" to get 40% off. And just so you know I'm not affiliated, but I love the tool and it supports a great lady in my community! 2. Focus better with Brain.fm
With two little kids around and so many things on my plate I need some help to focus. I love listening to meditation music or study music on YouTube. This is what I've been doing for a long time now, but what I found is that when the video ends and another starts I hear commercials and I have to get back on the site to skip the ad or to choose something different. This distracts me! Recently I subscribed to Brain.FM. You can have 30min tracks to help you focus, relax or sleep. I prefer the Focus and then Relaxed tracks for when I'm working. I find the Intense one, well, too intense for me. Check it out for a few free tracks or click this link to get lifetime access for only $25! (Valid only for Black Friday 2015.) And again I'm not affiliated at all. I trust that these tools could help you out, so let me know if they do and what part of your business was enhanced! Also, if you have other tools you prefer or have found to be better - please also let me know! We learn best when we share with each other. Stay Dynamic! Mwah!

Great Advice Diane, and thank you for the shout out for Fiitfu. I love that you are in Whistler writing and setting up your Vision. It is the perfect place to be. You are correct, this time of year bring so much stress for individuals, as we look at the goals we have set out for ourselves, it can be a challenge to stay balanced. Your tips are useful and I can't wait to try out Brain.FM as well. Thanks for sharing.
